Interactive digital media in men’s washrooms


Captive Media has created a network of innovately interactive screens using patented technology.

A 14” HD screen placed at eye height will play your video advert in a 90 loop of digital content. A sensor detects a man’s presence when he approaches and allows him to control what happens on the screen by aiming left and right, enabling him to engage with your brand in an interactive game.

Our technology is seen by approximately 1 million men a month, whilst our games accumulate nearly 300,000 minutes of men’s attention. Captive Media tracks every single interactive engagement with your brand, giving you actual, not estimated, impressions.

Unlike other forms of media, he cannot turn off or fast-forward your content. He is a truly captive audience.


What’s on the screen?


Each Captive Media screens runs a 90 second loop of digital content. Your brand’s advert will sit within one of the nine 10-second slots.

We also stream up-to-date news stories and our very own ‘PTV’ content of funny and amazing clips, all with the aim to entertain our young male audience and keep them looking at the screen.

The Games


Our famous interactive games entertain men during their 55-second visit to the washroom. Designed to be 100% intuitive, they allow men to interact with your brand in a fun and light-hearted way. This creates overwhelming positivity about you, and leads to men discussing their experience with their friends – all helping you to increase brand awareness, improve brand perception, and ultimately, earn higher sales.
