When urinal games were first installed in a public venue, no-one had ever done anything like this before, so reaction of staff and customers were unknowable!  Here’s what happened.

Over the following four months Captive Media used intercept interviewing, conducted by students from Cambridge University – not our own staff – to measure reactions to these unique urinals. “How did you find playing the game?”, “Do you remember any of the brands advertised?”, “Did you form a positive or negative impression?”
